However (as covered more in a Macworld article) this column also tells you the status of songs that have no Download icon. ![]() If there’s an icon in the Download column for a particular song, the text matches the meaning of the icon. The iCloud Status column lists text describing the status of your songs. One exception: a Download icon may appear even though nothing is wrong I’ll get to this in a bit. That’s why, if all has gone well with your initial iTunes Match setup, you should see few if any icons in this column. These icons generally appear only when an action is pending or if something has gone awry-such as a song that is ineligible to upload or an error in the uploading process.
